What is the minimum duration for renting storage?

Our minimum storage duration is just 1 month. You can store your goods for as long as you need—whether it's 3 months during a home renovation or 3 years for an overseas assignment.

Are my goods protected against theft and fire?

Yes. All our partner facilities are equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, manned security guards, bio-metric access control, and commercial-grade fire suppression systems (sprinklers and smoke detectors). Comprehensive warehouse insurance is also provided.

Do you provide packing and transport to the warehouse?

Absolutely. We provide end-to-end "Pack-Move-Store" services. Our team will come to your home, professionally pack the items using moisture-resistant materials, transport them to our facility, and generate a digital inventory list for you.

Can I access my belongings while they are in storage?

Yes. For self-storage units, you have flexible access during working hours. For palletized household goods in deep storage, we require a 48-hour prior notice to safely unstack and bring your crates to the designated retrieving area.
