Premier Tier (Month 7+)
Commission: 15-18% of shipment value
Qualification: 100+ shipments/month, 4.7+ rating, zero damage
Elite Tier (Month 12+)
Commission: 18-20% of shipment value
Qualification: 200+ shipments/month, 4.8+ rating, zero complaints

How Commissions Work
Commission is deducted from customer payment before your payout. For example: ₹1,000 shipment → 12% commission = ₹120 cost to ShiftingApp platform → You receive ₹880 + fuel surcharge adjustments. Weekly payouts to your bank account every Monday.

Onboarding FAQs
How long does onboarding take?
Start to finish: 24 hours. Submission takes 15 min, verification 6-8 hours, training 2-4 hours. You can start earning immediately after approval. Most partners are live within 12 hours.
What if my documents are rejected?
You'll receive detailed feedback about which document needs correction. Resubmit within 7 days. If still in doubt, book a video call with our verification team for live review.
What documents are required if I have a truck vs. auto vs. bike?
All vehicles: RC, Insurance, Pollution cert. Truck only: Fitness cert, goods carriage permit (if required).
Can I operate multiple vehicles from one account?
Yes! You can manage up to 10 vehicles from one partner account. Each vehicle requires separate registration & insurance documents. Combined earnings show in one dashboard.
Is there any onboarding fee?
Completely free. No registration fee, no monthly charge. You only pay commission on each shipment you complete (8-20% depending on tier).
Can I pause or delete my account?
Yes. You can pause your account anytime (no shipments assigned). Delete is permanent, but you can reapply later if needed. Earnings remain in account & can be withdrawn.
What happens after onboarding?
You're live and start receiving shipment notifications. Our support team stays with you for ongoing success. You earn more by completing quality shipments, raising your rating, and moving up tiers.
Can I get referral bonuses by inviting other transporters?
Yes! Earn ₹500-5,000 per successful partner referral depending on their tier. Share your referral code in the app to track successful invites.
