What is the difference between 3-ply and 5-ply cartons?
A 'Ply' refers to the layers of paperboard. 3-Ply boxes have two flat sheets with one fluted (wavy) layer in between, good for clothes and light items. 5-Ply boxes have three flat sheets and two fluted layers, offering immense crush-resistance. We mandate 5-Ply for all fragile kitchenware and electronics.
Why do professional movers use Stretch Film?
Stretch film (cling wrap) doesn't just protect against dust and minor scratches. Its primary function is 'Load Binding'. Wrapping a dresser in stretch film holds the drawers shut so they don't fly open during transit, and binds moving blankets tightly to furniture.

Is bubble wrap sufficient for packing a TV?
No. While high-grade bubble wrap protects against surface scratches, it does not stop structural bending. Modern LED/OLED TVs must be protected with rigid edge protectors, thick foam boards over the screen, and then placed inside a customized telescopic corrugated TV box.
