Choose Your Vector

We offer flexible shipping solutions tailored to your timeline, budget, and cargo volume.

Ocean Freight (Sea Shipping)

The most economical method for moving entire homes, furniture, and vehicles globally. Transit times typically vary between 4 to 12 weeks based on the origin port and destination continent.

FCL (Full Container Load)

You rent an exclusive 20ft (approx 1000 cft) or 40ft (approx 2000 cft) container. Highest security, faster transit.

LCL (Less than Container Load)

Your goods are packed into custom wooden lift-vans and share container space. Highly cost-effective for smaller volumes.

Air Freight (Express)

When speed is critical. Ideal for urgent corporate relocations, essential clothing, important tools, or small electronics. Transit times are typically 1 to 2 weeks Door-to-Door.

  • Significantly faster clearing times at destination airports.
  • Priced primarily by 'Chargeable Weight' (Volume vs Actual Weight).
  • Stricter security screening (no batteries, liquids, or pressurized cans).

The "Export Standard" Packing Difference

A box moving across town experiences minor bumps. A box crossing the ocean on a freighter endures weeks of continuous swaying, massive humidity shifts, and multiple crane transfers.

Moisture Protection

Heavy use of moisture-absorbing silica gel packets and industrial cling-film wrapping to prevent 'Container Rain' and sea-salt corrosion.

Meticulous Inventory

Every single item is numbered, tagged, and logged on a multi-lingual typed export packing list strictly designed for international customs scrutiny.

Heat Treated Wood

All wooden crates/lift-vans used comply with ISPM 15 standards (heat-treated & fumigated) to prevent bio-hazard quarantine at destination ports.

Essential Documentation Needed

To successfully clear Indian export customs, you will generally need to provide:

  • • Copy of valid Passport
  • • Valid Visa / Work Permit
  • • Copy of PAN and Aadhar Card
  • • Boarding Pass (Required post-travel)
  • • Declaration Forms (Provided by us)
  • • Authority Letter (Provided by us)

* Additional documents may be required based on your exact destination country's import regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you handle customs clearance at both origin and destination?

Yes. Our international relocation entails 'Door-to-Door' service. We handle all Indian export customs documentation. Through our global network of destination agents, we also manage the import customs clearance at your destination country.

Should I choose Air Freight or Sea Freight?

Air freight is fast (1-2 weeks typically) but expensive, ideal for urgent clothes, documents, and essential electronics. Sea Freight takes longer (4-12 weeks depending on the route) but is highly cost-effective for full household moves including heavy furniture and appliances.

What is the difference between FCL and LCL in sea shipping?

FCL stands for 'Full Container Load'. You get an exclusive 20ft or 40ft steel shipping container just for your household. LCL stands for 'Less than Container Load' where your goods are crated into customized wooden lift-vans and share a container with other shipments (ideal for smaller 1BHK moves).

Can I pack my own boxes for an international move?

For international shipping, 'PBO' (Packed By Owner) boxes are heavily scrutinized by customs and often subjected to delays and invasive physical inspections. We strongly mandate our 'Export Packing' service where our trained crew packs and meticulously inventories every single item to pass stringent customs regulations.

What items are strictly prohibited for international shipping?

General prohibited items include aerosols, flammable liquids, biological matter (seeds/plants), unauthorized medicines, and firearms. Additionally, every country has specific bans (e.g., Australia has extremely strict quarantine rules for wooden items). Our surveyors provide country-specific guidelines during the consultation phase.
